Rowing camps · Ages 11 to 17
Five-day rowing camps at Castleconnell Boat Club — coached by Rowing Ireland qualified coaches, run with fun and safety as the first priorities, on one of the best stretches of river in the country.
Safety launch on the water at every session, radios between coaches, and a coach-to-rower ratio set for the conditions. Every camper signs an insurance form and code of conduct.
Every camp is led by Rowing Ireland qualified coaches, supported by senior club rowers. Coaches hold current Garda vetting and follow the Rowing Ireland safeguarding code.
Camps run from our clubhouse at World's End, Castleconnell — 15 minutes from Limerick city, on a sheltered, scenic stretch of the Shannon that's ideal for learning to row.

Mon, 17 Aug – Fri, 21 Aug Places available Register →CCBC run three camps each year — an Easter camp, a flagship summer camp in July or August, and an October mid-term camp — all open to young people aged 11 to 17. Most of our junior squad started at a summer camp before becoming full members.
